Interested in adopting one of our senior dogs?

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!

Sonya is an older girl, but she still has some spunk in her step! She has such a sweet disposition and we are thankful to have her with us.
She came in to the shelter with toenails curling into her footpads causing some tenderness, but she’s healing nicely and walking better every day.

Sonya is an affectionate little girl who loves to cuddle, loves to eat and loves to enjoy life in the slow lane. 
At about 14 years, she’s got a slightly stiff gate but still gets around.

Our little princess is an easy keeper, doesn't ask for much other than a super soft and cozy bed and lots of hugs and kisses! If someone is looking for an easy going dog that will cuddle up with them on the couch all day, this is their doggie!
