SNICKERS
STATUS: ADOPTED
Min Pin Mix
Neutered Female
Age: 4-6 years old
Size: Small
Special Needs: No

Snickers was found as a stray and never claimed.  She's large for a min pin (22 pounds) and has beautiful chocolate fur with caramel highlights.  She's a confident girl who obviously had a home at one time, because she marched into her foster's home like she owned the place.  She is currently living with 3 large dogs and a small cat.  Although she is interested in the cat, she obeys corrections, and there haven't been any run-ins.
Just adorable as she prances up and down the halls and lies on her back to get her belly rubbed.  She is housetrained and good in the car as well.  She sleeps through the night and loves to curl up in a small, snug bed.
While in her foster home, it was discovered that Snickers often was unwilling/unable to move her back legs. The problem turned out to be luxating patellas. She had two separate surgeries to correct this and is recovering beautifully from the most recent one. Once she has fully healed, she will be just like brand new!
Snickers would make a great addition to someone's home and family!

APPLY TO ADOPT
Interested in adopting one of our senior dogs?

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the
online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!
