It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!

Sweetheart Prince is clown of a boy and we are SO happy to have him with us. He came to us as an owner surrender, a backyard dog who received no medical care and very little/no love or attention. Now that he knows what love feel like, he's not letting go of that!
He is a super friendly, cheerful and mellow guy. He loves to go out and about on adventures, then is happy to come home and sleep it off!
We think that he is around 13 years old and he's 16 lbs.
Prince is a little bossy and may enjoy being the king of his castle. He will do best in a home with no small kids, as he isn't always a fan of smoochy-face! The ideal home for him will be one where he's not alone a whole lot. Or, if he will be, he needs some time to adjust to that. He is a pretty perfect working companion and will hold down your lap while you work! He's house trained, once he knows his way around.
This little charmer is a champion snuggler and he looks forward to LOTS of cuddle time with his family!
