Interested in adopting one of our senior dogs?

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!

Poco and Princess had their world turned upside down when they ended up at the shelter after their owner passed away. They were treated well and we know they were loved. These two little babies are such gentle souls and we are so happy to have them with us!
Poco and Princess are both about 5 lbs and Poco is 9 years old and Princess is 8 years old. 
Princess is a quite and energetic full girl who is always wagging her tail and is so excited to see her foster momma.  She loves going for walks and is a good and fast little walker.  She likes to be right next to her foster mom wherever she goes or is sitting.  
Poco is also a wonderful little lad.  He can keep up with Princess on the walks but when he is done he is done. His foster mom usually carries him a little ways to give him a break and then he is fine walking the rest of the way. He LOVES to eat and sure can chow down for a little guy. He will bark at strangers. 
Princess and Poco are a bonded paid and we are keeping them together.  They're a joy to have around, are a good little team and we can't wait to see them off to their forever home!
