APPLY TO ADOPT
Interested in adopting one of our senior dogs?

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the
online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!

Perry is a kind little boy who landed in the same shelter as a stray as where he was originally adopted from many years ago. He was never claimed and we are happy to have him with us now.
Perry is a cuddle-bug who gets along with other dogs and he is currently living peacefully with cats in his foster home. He would be fine living with respectful children and loves attention from them.
He is sensitive about his paws being touched, likely due to a congenital disorder. He's likely lived with this for his entire life and does fine and can even jump up on the couch when he's ready to settle in for a movie.

He is about 14 years old and 10 lbs.
Perry rides well in the car and has proven himself to be a good office dog. He LOVES attention but he is also okay being on his own and has no separation anxiety.
He is a snorer who loves cozy beds and he sleeps through the night.
Perry will be a wonderful addition to almost any (not too active) home! Since he's relatively quiet, he would be fine living in a condo or apartment.
