Interested in adopting one of our senior dogs?

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!

Luna Lovegood is a sweet old soul who is looking for a soft, quiet place to land. 
She's fine with other dogs and would likely be okay with cats. Her ideal home will be where she's not left alone for much of the day, as she likes to have her humans nearby.
We think her hearing is compromised but she has adjusted to this. She's about 7 lbs and needs to put on some weight. Luna needs to gain weight and we think this will be helped along after she has her much needed dental and abscesses clear up. She has early kidney disease and some mammary tumors that we are leaving alone (she is way too fragile). 
Luna is starting to act like a little dog again, even playing and wagging her tail. The rewards of adopting this little cuddlebug will truly be endless!!!
