Heidy "was kissed and cuddled and loved and spoiled every single day and in return she provided a friendship and companionship that made me live in the moment every single day." This sweetheart of a girl enjoyed the best 15 months of her life with her wonderful forever mom.

Heidy is one of the sweetest little girls in the land! She is a happy dog who is grateful to be alive after being surrendered to the shelter by her family. She's settling in nicely into her foster home, soaking up the love. She hasn't had the best of care in the past but seems to know that everything is all better for her now.
Heidy is 12 years old and 16 lbs.
She gets along with other dogs and is friendly toward everyone she meets.  Heidy is full of beautiful energy and even likes to play fetch. She is a sweetie pie who would do well in most any home.

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!
