Interested in adopting one of our senior dogs?

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!

After losing their dad and then having to say goodbye to their mom as she moved into memory care, Raider and Sassy’s whole world changed. They left behind the only home and family life they had ever known.
Understandably, they have been a little confused by all the changes, but thankfully they still have each other. They have settled into their foster home, where they are surrounded by love and getting all the care they need as they adjust to this new chapter.
Both are good with other dogs, and Sassy even enjoys playing with them. They are house-trained, sleep through the night, and were well cared for in their previous home. We are currently working on helping Raider gain a little weight, and both have decided that being hand-fed is pretty great.
Raider is 13 years old and weighs 13 lbs. Sassy is 8 years old and weighs 11 lbs.
These two will need a little time and patience as they settle into another new home and would likely be happiest in a mellow adult household.
This precious little package deal has already lost so much, but they still have each other. Now Raider and Sassy are looking for a loving forever and ever home where they can stay together and feel safe, loved, and settled once again.
